What is Capstone Health & Wellness?

Capstone Health and Wellness is a Pre-Tax plan prioritizing preventive health and wellness with a comprehensive health management program. This plan does not disrupt or replace any Major Medical Plan and will only ENHANCE your current benefit plans for qualified employees.  Capstone Health and Wellness is at no net cost for the employer and employee so it is a win-win for all! We focus on health before it becomes a health insurance issue so will reduce claims and insurance cost over time.

How The Capstone Health Plan Works

How Much You Can Save With Capstone

  • Monthly Gross Income Remains The Same
  • All Pre-Tax deductions are unchanged
  • This Plan is funded by a Section 125 premium deduction
  • Taxable Income is reduced by $800 per month
  • The Participant received an increase of $206.88 due to the Capstone after-tax reimbursement
  • The Capstone fee of $80 per month is deducted tax-free
  • The Participant received $126.88 in Benefit Reserve to spend on voluntary benefits
  • Take-home pay remains the same as before the Capstone Health & Wellness Plan

How The Capstone Health Plan Works

How To Qualify For A Capstone Plan

  • Employers with 5 or more employees
  • All employees must be W2 and full time
  • Employees must have major medical an employer sponsored plan. Either through their employer, spouse's employer or, if under 26, a parent's employer.
  • A MEC Plan can be installed without out of pocket cost to the employee or employer with Capstone to satisfy the group health requirement.
